A safe, supportive space at your pace

Culturally Attuned

Honouring your identity and unique lived experience

Embodied Insight

Insight that is felt, not just understood

Understanding the wound isn’t the same as healing it.

Stress and trauma can show up physically and emotionally
in trouble sleeping, guilt, shame, depression, self-blame, anxiety, anger as well as many other signs. These responses are often your mind and body’s way of trying to protect and cope with what you have been through.

Areas of Focus

Therapy can support a wide range of experiences. Some of the areas I work with include:

Trauma Focused

Support in processing distressing or overwhelming experiences, including relational, developmental, accident-related, and pandemic-related stress,

Inner child work

Working with early experiences and attachment patterns that may continue to shape present-day emotions, relationships, and coping patterns.

Self-Worth

Exploring self-criticism, shame, and patterns that impact confidence, identity, and how you relate to yourself and the world around you.

Workplace Issues

Support with burnout, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and navigating work-related stressors.

Relationship Challenges

Working with patterns in relationships, communication dynamics, boundaries, and attachment-based concerns.

Spirituality

Exploring meaning, intuition, dreams, and spiritual experiences in a way that is grounded, culturally sensitive, and spiritually adaptive to your beliefs.

Committed to you

During a session at The Weavers, we work together to use the threads that life presents to gently weave our own tapestries while embracing both light and shadow along the way.

Here, we embrace a holistic and collaborative approach to create a safe, supportive space for you to explore your inner and outer worlds. Each session is tailored to your unique journey, supporting you in cultivating a deeper, more integrated sense of self.

This is a place for reflection, healing, and returning to yourself. A space to honour your journey and move toward what feels true for you.

Meet Rubal Jit

Registered Psychotherapist

I’m a trauma-informed therapist who supports women, professionals navigating overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of trauma.

Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful and self-aware. They understand their patterns, but still feel stuck, disconnected, or unable to fully move through their emotions. If that resonates, you’re not alone.

My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative with some gentle challenging. I draw from nervous system-focused and integrative modalities, including parts work, inner child healing, and body-based practices like Brainspotting, Lifespan Integration Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique. Together, we focus on building emotional regulation, processing past experiences, and helping you feel more connected, steady, and like yourself again.

Having gone through my own life transitions, challenges, and trauma, and experiencing my own therapy with an incredible psychotherapist, I know what it takes to be vulnerable with another person. I understand the ups and downs of the journey and how important it is to have someone who is safe, supportive, and honours where you are at while helping you through it.

When it comes to spirituality, I have formal training in Yoga, Ayurveda, Shamanism, and Reiki. I see spirituality as a strength. Whether you are a staunch follower of a specific path or exploring who you are and what works for you, we can incorporate it into our work together. Having grown up in highly populated, diverse cities, I have been exposed to a variety of cultures, beliefs, and values.

Come as you are. Let's walk toward the person you want to be.

Insight and healing don't always happen at the same pace. I would love to accompany you on this journey and explore whether we are a good fit.

The wound is the place where the Light enters you.
